My average workout

My Average Workout


My workout is a workout that takes between 15-20 minutes. Make sure you warm up before starting your workout.

Let's get started:


1. 100 high knees

2. 30 side squats

3. 40 straight leg kicks

4. 30 curtseys

5. 20 piles with arm side bends

6. 4 walk downs with 4 leg raises

7. 10 side lunge twists on both legs

8. 20 leg swings on each leg

9. 40 inner leg swings on each leg

10. 20 star abs

You must always make sure you do a cool down after doing your workout and if you can have a bath to loosen your muscles so you don't end up in pain.
